The grower lists produce for sale and inputs all key information including variety, grade, net weight, price indication, volume and ETA.
The buyer places an order against the stock that is listed. Price is negotiated.
The merchant performs quality control, accepts and allocates orders, consolidates and distributes produce, and facilitates and guarantees payment. All functions are compliant with your Horticulture Produce Agreement in accordance with the Horticulture Code of Conduct.
At the completion of a Lot sale a Phoenicia Admin Fee equivalent to 3% of the sale price is charged to the seller.
Buyers are encouraged to provide a review and rating of the produce received on Phoenicia within 7 days of product delivery.
